Employee Mobilization Exemption Booking: What Enterprises Should Do That Have Lost Employee Exemption.


The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has reported that enterprises will be able to continue booking their employees only after updating the criticality status according to the new requirements.
Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitalii Kindrativ reported that most companies have already confirmed their criticality and rebooked their employees.
Changes That Have Occurred:
- Bookings made under the old system will become invalid.
- The standard processing mode for bookings for critical enterprises will be restored (within 72 hours).
- Bookings will only be available to enterprises that have received confirmation of criticality under the new rules.
Enterprises That Have Not Yet Updated Their Status Are Recommended To:
- Update the company's criticality status according to the new rules.
- After confirming the new status, rebook the employees.
- If an employee already has an active booking, it must first be canceled.
Please remember that all bookings are made electronically through the Diia portal, without the use of paper documents or orders.
Additionally, the Ministry of Defense has established cooperation with the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere, which will allow more people with disabilities to receive deferrals, even without a pension certificate.
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved changes to the procedure for booking employees of mobile operators and internet providers.
