The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has approved the use of mobile workshops 'Nebokray' in the Armed Forces for the repair and maintenance of drones. This information was reported by 'Glavkom', referring to the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
The workshop is located in a metal container measuring 5.5 by 2 meters with autonomous heating, lighting, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Inside, there are workstations for craftsmen with the necessary tools.
According to the agency, the basic modification 'Nebokray 00' has only simple tools. However, the 'Nebokray 01' version includes a charging station, soldering station, ultrasonic bath for liquid degassing, 3D printer, personal computer, wireless barcode scanners, FPV monitor, and more.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the 'Nebokray' workshops weigh from 1.5 to 2.5 tons, allowing them to be transported by any military passenger cars.
Recently, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine launched the production of over 330 domestic drone systems. This indicates the rapid development of drone technologies in the army. It is also noted that more than 85% of new weapons and equipment introduced into service only in April are produced by domestic defense enterprises.
