The Head of Ukrenergo urgently addressed Ukrainians due to the state of the energy system.

The Head of Ukrenergo on energy supply plans
The head of NEC "Ukrenergo" Volodymyr Kudrytskyi said that no energy supply restrictions are expected in the near future. According to him, the heat has weakened its impact, the temperature has dropped by 10 degrees, and additional generating capacities have been launched after scheduled repairs last week.
He noted this information on his Facebook.
Despite the temporary relief for consumers, energy workers continue active work. Repairs are being carried out on damaged facilities, and their protection is being strengthened, which, according to him, proved effective during recent drone attacks. The energy system is also being prepared for the winter period.
Kudrytskyi appealed to consumers to delay energy consumption as much as possible to daylight hours, from 11:00 to 15:00, when the solar activity is highest, and the temperature is optimal for the operation of solar stations.
He also urged citizens to get used to energy saving, especially in the morning and evening, emphasizing that this habit will be necessary in autumn and winter.
