The End of the Honeymoon: Trump's Approval Rating Falls.

The support rating of US President Donald Trump is declining
According to a new poll from Emerson College Polling, the level of support for US President Donald Trump has decreased during the first 50 days of his presidency.
Currently, 47% of Americans support Trump's actions, while 45% express dissatisfaction. This is a noticeable decline compared to the beginning of his presidency when the approval rating was 49%, and disapproval was 41%.
The main factor contributing to Trump's declining popularity is economic issues. 48% of respondents do not support his economic policies, while only 37% approve.
Experts note that Trump's support remains strong, but the challenge will be how voters perceive their financial future. The initial 'honeymoon phase' seems to be coming to an end.
The president received the lowest approval ratings in areas such as the economy, healthcare, and cryptocurrency. In contrast, the highest ratings were for immigration policies, which 48% of respondents support, and 40% do not.
Trump's rating is falling against the backdrop of negative trends in the stock market caused by abrupt changes in trade policy regarding Canada, Mexico, and China. Most Americans (53%) believe that the new tariffs will harm US economic growth. 46% of respondents are convinced that Trump's policies are worsening the economy, 28% see improvement, and 26% do not see any changes or believe it is too early to draw conclusions.
Overall, American society remains divided in its attitude towards the president: 51% consider his second term successful, while 49% see it as a failure. 40% of respondents note that Trump is performing better than they expected, 36% say worse, and 25% say as expected.
