A munitions warehouse caught fire in Mykolaiv region.


Today, July 7, around 10 a.m., a fire broke out at a munitions storage facility in Mykolaiv region. This was reported by 'Glavcom', referring to the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine.
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated, but preliminary data suggests that it was not caused by enemy shelling. It is likely that the fire was sparked by dry grass burning. An individual detonation is currently ongoing.
Safety Measures and Investigation
According to the Southern Defense Forces, units of the State Emergency Service are working at the scene, and the fire has been localized.
The warehouse is located outside populated areas. There is no danger to the local population, but we urge everyone to stay in a safe place. The military command has formed a commission to thoroughly investigate this incident, determine responsible individuals whose actions or inaction led to the fire. Every unit of material and technical resources preserves the lives and health of our fighters at the front.
It is also worth noting that on the same day, Russia attacked Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia with drones. As a result of the attack, the building of the Kharkiv regional TCC and SP was damaged, and there was also an injury near the Zaporizhzhia regional TCC and SP.
