Russian military attacked Zaporizhzhia region
On September 17 at around 22:30, the Russian military launched a large-scale attack on the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of the bombing of the Komyshuvah community, two people were killed and five others were injured. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov.
«Komyshuvah community: several private houses and an infrastructure facility are damaged there. Preliminary, two people were killed, five more civilians were injured. Search for people under the rubble is currently underway», – said Fedorov.

Explosions following the strikes on Komyshuvah were noticed immediately after the air raid alert was announced in the region. At 21:25 Fedorov warned about the threat of guided aerial bombs in the Zaporizhzhia region. Two minutes after that, he reported the first explosions. From 21:27 to 22:20, a series of explosions were recorded in the region.
The air raid alert was lifted only at 23:00.
