Mariupol and captivity: the 'Azov' brigade has a new commander.

Bohdan Grishenkov (Puhach) has been appointed the new commander of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade of the National Guard 'Azov'. The military themselves reported this on the page of the First Corps of the National Guard 'Azov'. Grishenkov has extensive service experience in 'Azov' and has risen from the rank of fighter to commander of a company, battalion, and then company.
According to the brigade, the new brigade commander is taking over at the peak of its development. He intends to make every effort for the effective operation of the unit in cooperation with other brigades of the 1st Corps of the National Guard 'Azov'.
Expansion of the National Guard 'Azov'
It was also reported that based on the National Guard 'Azov', one of two corps within the National Guard has been created. Denys Prokopenko (Redis), former commander of the 12th Brigade, has been appointed commander of this corps.
The newly formed corps includes the following brigades: the 1st Presidential Operational Brigade 'Bureviy', the 12th Special Purpose Brigade 'Azov', the 14th Operational Brigade 'Chervona Kalyna', the 15th Operational Brigade 'Kara-Dag', and the newly created 20th Operational Brigade 'Liubart'.
The Third Assault Brigade became the Third Army Corps
On Ukrainian Volunteer Day, it became known that the Third Assault Brigade has become the Third Army Corps under the command of Andrii Biletskyi. He stated that the plans of the corps are to change the principles of this war.
Transition of the Armed Forces to a Corps Structure
Oleksandr Syrskyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, reported that Ukraine has begun organizational reforms to transition the Armed Forces to a 'corps structure'. The Armed Forces of Ukraine plan to switch to a corps system in April this year, which will improve the effectiveness of their application.
Ukrainian military continues to strengthen their units and improve the organizational structure for more effective task performance during the conflict with Russia. Reforms conducted in the National Guard and the Armed Forces indicate Ukraine's serious intentions to ensure its security and sovereignty.
