Rescuers in Spain saved a woman who spent three days in a car after a flood.


In Valencia, Spain, rescuers saved a woman who was trapped in a car for three days after a flood. This was reported by the local newspaper Las Provincias.
The woman was stuck in a car in the town of Benetusser. Rescuers heard the woman's cries while attempting to extract vehicles trapped in a tunnel after flooding. The woman was taken to a hospital for examination.
Also, in Massanassa, an 87-year-old woman, who was located on the upper floor of a blocked house after the flood, was rescued. The body of her deceased niece was found on the first floor.
According to the Spanish government, 211 people died during the storm and flooding. The Valencia region was the hardest hit.
Let us remind you that during search and rescue operations in the affected areas of Spain, bodies of the deceased continue to be found. Dozens of people are still considered missing.
