Ukrainian People's Artist Dmytro Yaremchuk expressed his opinion about Sofia Rotaru and Vasyl Zinkevych's refusal to participate in the filming of a documentary about his father, Nazariy Yaremchuk. He noted that it is necessary to be very delicate and know how to communicate with such people. The refusal of Rotaru and Zinkevych indicates that they did not show enough nuance in their interpretation of participation. Yaremchuk believes that such a character trait can be cultivated only as a result of independent efforts. He also pointed out the necessity of loving art, not oneself in art.

Dmytro Yaremchuk also spoke about changes in his communication with his sister throughout his life. He recalled that in childhood he always called her "Little," and explained that they were very close, and their relationship was natural and filled with love. However, over Time, their communication changed, and they have not met for a long time. Yaremchuk acknowledges this with regret, but shares the opinion that such is life.

The artist also shared that he and his brother always invited their sister to the Family festival named after Nazariy Yaremchuk, but did not receive a positive response.

Yaremchuk’s Sons Have Not Yet Watched the Film

Dmytro and Nazariy Yaremchuks, sons of Nazariy Yaremchuk, stated that they have not yet had the opportunity to watch the documentary about their father, which has already been released. They explained that they couldn't find the time to watch it, but are glad that people remember their father and created an entire film about him.

In a previously published interview, Maria Yaremchuk, the producer of the film and sister of Dmytro Yaremchuk, mentioned that she has never communicated with her half-brother. She mentioned this on Instagram after Dmytro accused her of not responding to the congratulations on the birth of his child.
