Occupants in Mariupol Sell Apartments in New Buildings: Prices are Unaffordable for Locals.

Occupants in Mariupol are selling apartments for nearly 10 million rubles (approximately $104.2 thousand), reports the Mariupol City Council.
According to the local council, the occupants have built two mortgage houses on Khmelnytsky Boulevard in the Primorsky district of Mariupol and are offering apartments for sale. Locals are shocked by the high prices.
The price of a two-room apartment with an area of 62 'squares' is 9.8 million rubles. Of course, locals do not have such funds. Therefore, developers are counting on Russians.
In addition, sales have begun for apartments in a new building being constructed on the site of the destroyed 'House with a Clock.' There, one would need to pay over 8 million rubles (about $83.4 thousand) for a one-room apartment. This is without any interior renovations, meaning the buyer gets bare walls for that price.
Meanwhile, Mariupol residents have nothing! They are not being given the promised compensatory housing, and they are forced to rent apartments or live with friends and relatives. At the same Time, the occupants have changed their legal addresses, so the townspeople are simply deceived. Repeated actions and appeals to the pseudo-authorities and dictator Putin have led to nothing.
Recall that near Mariupol, the location of the Russians' air defense was attacked. An advisor to the mayor of Mariupol reported that at least four explosions were heard near the city. Later, a fire broke out in the airport area.
