The Ministry of Health reports that Ukrainian doctors register about 5 million cases of infectious diseases annually, of which 98% account for flu, COVID-19, and ARVI.
"The epidemic season traditionally begins at the beginning of October, and it is at this Time that the number of cases sharply increases. Colds, flu, and COVID-19 become common challenges that most Ukrainians face, and it is important to know how to protect yourself and your loved ones. The most effective way to protect yourself from these diseases is vaccination," the Ministry of Health noted.
The ministry reminded that the flu vaccine is recommended annually and can be purchased in pharmacies. All vaccines undergo state quality control, which guarantees their safety and effectiveness.
Vaccination against COVID-19 remains free for everyone. To get protection, it is enough to contact your doctor.
