Ukraine will be hit by abnormal warmth with fog, rain, and icy conditions: weather forecast for December 9.

Weather in Ukraine: warming up to +15 degrees, precipitation and fog
Starting from Monday, December 9, significant warming is expected in Ukraine with temperatures reaching +15 degrees in some regions, including Crimea. This was reported by 'Ukrhydrometcenter'.
Weather observers predict an unstable situation with a wide range of temperatures. At night, negative temperatures of up to -2 degrees are expected mainly in the west and north of the country, particularly in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Volyn, Rivne, and Zakarpattia regions.
Daytime temperatures will vary from +3 to +15 degrees. In Kyiv, the temperature during the day will range from +1 to +3 degrees.
Meteorologists also warn of precipitation across the country. Rain is expected, with some areas experiencing wet snow, except for a few eastern and central regions. The situation in Kyiv is particularly important, where the likelihood of precipitation is high.
Fog will also be a typical climatic phenomenon for December. Weather observers emphasize that fog can last from several hours to several days, which may complicate road conditions.
The meteorological service recommends preparing for changeable weather, having appropriate clothing, and being careful on the roads due to potential icy conditions and limited visibility due to fog.
