The company AT 'Ukrposhta' has temporarily suspended the operation of mobile branches in several areas of the Kharkiv region due to security threats. The decision was made to protect postal workers and residents of these areas, especially pensioners who receive payments through mobile branches.
Instead, funds will be transferred in the form of urgent transfers, which can be received at any stationary branch of AT 'Ukrposhta' in Ukraine. To receive funds, pensioners will need to present their passport and state their full name.
Ukrposhta explained that this measure is necessary to ensure the safety of workers and clients in areas with critically dangerous situations.
