The 'National Cashback' was launched in Ukraine: how to get up to 3000 hryvnias on a card.

A new state program "National Cashback" has started, which provides for a refund of 10% of the cost of purchases of goods from Ukrainian producers to a special card. The program was launched on September 2, 2024.
To participate in the program, you need to register through the "Diia" application. The maximum cashback amount per month is 3000 hryvnias, but it is expected that the average payout amount will be about 500 hryvnias.
Program participants must have a special card in one of the participating banks and allow the transfer of transaction data when purchasing from program participants. Currently, such banks as PrivatBank, Sens Bank, PUMB, A-Bank, "Globus", Ukrsibbank, and Accordbank have joined the program.
Cashback is accrued for the purchase of goods of Ukrainian production, except for excisable goods. The list of goods covered by the program will be published on the official website "Made in Ukraine". The earned funds will be credited to the card by the 20th of the following month.
The received funds cannot be cashed out, and can only be used for cashless payments for certain goods and services, such as medicine, utilities, mobile communication, entertainment, transport tickets, military bonds, and donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The largest supermarket chains in Ukraine, including "ATB", "Silpo", "Novus", "Varus", and "Ashan", have already joined the program. To receive cashback, shoppers need to register in the program and purchase goods from program participants.
The "National Cashback" program will run until January 31, 2025, allowing Ukrainians to support domestic producers and save on purchases.
