The Vice President of the United States, Jay D. Vance, spoke in Washington at a forum organized by the Munich Security Conference, where he stated that the Russians are demanding too much in negotiations regarding the end of the war against Ukraine.
According to Vance, the United States is trying to understand the demands of Ukraine and Russia for ending the war; however, there is a significant gap between their positions. Vance emphasized the importance of both sides agreeing on common principles and starting a dialogue.
