The first meeting of the updated National Security and Defense Council took place - details from Zelensky.

At the first meeting of the National Security and Defense Council in its new composition, which took place on July 21, a decision was made to impose a moratorium on business inspections by state bodies. This was reported by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, on Telegram.

Zelensky emphasized the importance of directing internal forces to support the economy, which will ensure production growth and the creation of new jobs, as well as strengthen the country's defense capability.

The President also noted that the adoption of the moratorium will allow focusing attention on production in Ukraine, investments, and joint projects with partners. According to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, any interference by state structures in business activities is temporarily suspended to ensure the economic security of the country.

Zelensky demands urgent measures to support Ukrainian businesses and simplify cooperation with partners. In addition, the president placed great responsibility on Rustem Umerov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, for negotiations regarding weapons and other important tasks in his new position.

Thus, the new leadership of the National Security and Defense Council plans to actively work on the development of the economy and ensuring the economic security of Ukraine, taking into account the needs of business and cooperation with international partners.
