Payments before Independence Day 2025: pensioners explained how to receive money.

How to receive the payment before Independence Day for pensioners
Pensioners in Ukraine have been instructed on how to receive the payment before Independence Day, which will be automatically included in their pensions in August. It is not necessary to submit additional documents or contact institutions.
Veterans who do not receive a pension will receive funds through their military units or employers after confirming their veteran status. Additionally, other individuals entitled to the payment but who do not receive a pension and are not employed must contact the Pension Fund.
The payment mechanism in 2025 has not changed compared to the previous year.
Applications for the one-Time cash payment can be submitted until August 1 of the current year or until October 1, 2025, if it is not possible to do so on time. Applications can be submitted in person, by mail, or online through the Pension Fund portal.
